Installation Notes

• Ensure roof surface is clean, dry and free from loose debris before installation.

• Cut the cone of the flashing to suit the actual pipe OD; ensure snug fit without damage to the polymer skirt. 

• Seat the flashing into the metal roof profile shape, aligning with up-slope and down-slope direction.

• Fix the base using appropriate corrosion-resistant screws with rubber washers at 20–50 mm spacing (preferably Class 3 or 4 self-drilling screws). 

• Seal the interface around the base with compatible neutral-cure sealant if required; do not apply sealant between flashing skirt and pipe unless specified. For retrofit installations: split the shoulder if required, carefully install around existing pipe and restore roof sealing.
